Overall everything with Dave was excellent! He was very helpful and took A LOT of time to help me. Not only did he help me find the house, but he helped me make sure I got it and for a good price. He was always patient and very knowledgeable about buying a house. He educated me on things to look for in a house and things to avoid. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone and everyone. He knows real estate and has many connections in the area (ie home inspectors, loan officers, etc). Overall he is a great resource and realtor! I would use him again!
