We went through a particularly complicated transaction while buying our home. David was there every minute of the time, lining up every professional, from house inspectors to financial institutions that we needed, and followed through on every aspect of the deal. He negotiated every point with the seller's representative, and his diplomacy and determination really made things happen that we feel would have fallen apart without him. Both my husband and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a competent realestate agent in Utah.

When our mother passed away, we were left with having to sell the home she had lived in. Two of the three of us live far away, and are not able to attend to details easily. We spent time last summer to interview several real estate agents. David came recommended on Angie's List so we included him in our list of candidates. There were several things that we liked about David, including his knowledge of the area.
His straight-forward approach to fees was refreshing. He came off as earnest and truthful. As we engaged with him, he helped us prepare the home for sale, and then when we were ready, he worked closely with us to create the listing. Although we had the home listed during "off" months, we did have several viewings. He had an interesting approach to pricing that was a little different for some of us to deal with, but targeted for a quicker sale. I we had a good experience. I would use David again.

I bought two homes and sold one using David Kevitch as my agent. I Have also referred friends to him who have used him for their real estate transactions as well. I moved to Utah in 1998, not knowing a soul. Someone from the company I worked for had recommended David, and it couldn't have worked out better. For that initial purchase, I was staying in temporary housing and time was of the essence. David went above and beyond to show houses around my schedule.
