Not only did he help me find the house, but he helped me make sure I got it and for a good price. He was always patient and very knowledgeable. He educated me on things to look for in a house, as well as things to avoid. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone and everyone. When our mother passed away, we were left with having to sell the home she had lived in. Two of the three of us live far away, and are not able to attend to details easily. We spent time last summer to interview several real estate agents. David came recommended on Angie's List so we included him in our list of candidates. There were several things that we liked about David, including his knowledge of the area.
His straight-forward approach to fees was refreshing. He came off as earnest and truthful. As we engaged with him, he helped us prepare the home for sale, and then when we were ready, he worked closely with us to create the listing. Although we had the home listed during "off" months, we did have several viewings. He had an interesting approach to pricing that was a little different for some of us to deal with, but targeted for a quicker sale. I we had a good experience. I would use David again.

I contacted David 3 weeks before our 5-day trip to Salt Lake City. We made plans to look at houses. In the meantime he e-mailed me listings of houses that were for sale that met our criteria. We decided on a house, wrote an offer and then went back to New Jersey. David handled the entire purchase. He negotiated the purchase contract, the inspection, the repairs from the inspection, the bank appraisal and the closing. He is also a wealth of information about Salt Lake City because he was born and raised there. I truly enjoyed our house hunting adventures. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a nice person.
